  • Chemtarget Technologies Co.,Ltd was founded in 2003, which is a leading Hi-Tech company in fine chemical business located at High-Tech Development Zone of Mianyang Sichuan with 15000 square meters areas. Our R&D team led by doctors and doctoral tutors, was fully supported by the Innovation Fund of National Technological Dept. and Mianyang High-Tech Administrations.


    We produce two kinds of chemical material. One is benzocyclobutene(BCB), its derivatives and resins, the other is squaric acid and relative fine chemical material. At the same time, we are also able to produce relative derivatives according to customer's special requirement or to provide relative technical support.


    The series of BCB products are widely used as advanced electronic materials in microelectronic industry or as heat-resistant resins and composite materials in aerospace field. Squaric acid and its derivatives are a kind of very useful chemical material. They were used mainly as intermediates for preparing the medical, dyes and photosensitive materials. They were used to synthesize photosensitive squaraine dyes.
